It Happened One Night…

Tired of being beaten down at a job that had nothing to do with filmmaking

at all, Rosalie Kicks! decided she had enough! 

She decided she needed to do something with her filmmaking degree and start making a name for herself in this town! Kicks! was tired of just talking about things, she wanted to start doing things!  That is when she put an ad out on craigslist. 

The group met for the first time, on a cold night in January at a Starbucks in center city.  She didn’t know who to expect, and she didn’t care… the only thing specified in the ad was that you had to have an interest in making films!  Well, about ten people arrived to the first film meeting, and at the 2nd meeting, only one of those individuals came back. 

Kicks! was a bit set back, but she quickly bounced back, proclaiming that even if she had to use finger puppets… she didn’t care, she was going to make a short film by

the end the year.
